Airport Transfers Skopje (operated by Plus Travel Skopje, Skopje, North Macedonia — “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through airport-transfers.mk, why, and what rights you have under the Law on Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

1. What we collect

Booking data — name, e-mail, phone number, pickup/drop-off locations, dates and times, flight number, number of passengers, notes and your chosen payment method. We need this to perform the transfer you book (contract performance).
Contact-form data — name, e-mail, phone and your message, used to answer you (legitimate interest).
Technical data — IP address and time of a booking or message, kept for fraud prevention and security (legitimate interest).

2. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary cookies: a session security token for the booking form and a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The embedded Google Map on the contact page may set its own cookies when it loads; see Google’s privacy policy.

3. Who sees your data

Your booking details are shared only with the driver assigned to your ride and, where you choose online card payment, with the licensed payment processor (CaSys International / CPAY) which handles card data under its own terms — we never see your full card number. Our website is hosted by Hostinger (EU data centres) and e-mails are sent through our mail provider. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Booking records are kept for 5 years to meet accounting and tax obligations. Contact messages are deleted after 12 months. You may ask us to delete data earlier where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.

5. Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy in a portable format by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (azlp.mk) or your local supervisory authority.
