1. Service

Airport Transfers Skopje provides pre-booked private passenger transport with a driver in North Macedonia and to neighbouring countries. A booking is a request; it becomes binding when we confirm it by e-mail with a booking reference.

2. Prices

Prices shown on airport-transfers.mk are per vehicle, one way, in euro, and include the driver, fuel, tolls, parking, meet & greet at the airport and up to 60 minutes of waiting after landing. A return transfer is priced as two one-way rides. Prices for destinations not on our list are quoted individually. Night surcharges do not apply.

3. Payment

Unless online card payment is chosen and completed, the full amount is paid to the driver at the end of the ride in cash (EUR or MKD at the daily rate) or by card. Where online payment is offered, it is processed by CaSys International (CPAY).

4. Pickup at the airport

We monitor your flight. The driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign. If you cannot find the driver, call or WhatsApp us immediately on +389 78 290 935 before taking any other transport — no-shows without contact are charged in full.

5. Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup by replying to your confirmation e-mail or messaging us. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged 100%. If your flight is cancelled and you notify us at least 24 hours before the transfer, the booking is cancelled free of charge. We may cancel in cases of force majeure (extreme weather, road closures, border closures); any amount paid in advance is then refunded in full.

6. Passengers and luggage

The number of passengers and bags must not exceed the vehicle capacity shown at booking. Child seats are provided free of charge when requested in the booking. Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. The client is liable for damage caused to the vehicle by passengers.

7. Cross-border transfers

Passengers are responsible for carrying valid travel documents for every country on the route. Waiting time at borders is included; a transfer cannot be completed if a passenger is refused entry, and the full price remains due.

8. Liability

Our vehicles are licensed and insured in line with Macedonian law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, border controls or events beyond our control, nor for missed flights where the pickup time chosen by the client did not allow sufficient time. Our liability is limited to the price of the transfer.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of North Macedonia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Skopje.
