Service Delivery Policy

Airport Transfers Skopje sells a service, not goods: a private passenger transfer with a driver. This page explains how the service is delivered after you book.

1. Confirmation

Every online booking receives an automatic e-mail with a booking reference within minutes. A booking is confirmed when you receive that e-mail. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact us.

2. Before the pickup

About one hour before the scheduled pickup you receive the driver’s name, phone number and vehicle registration by SMS or WhatsApp.

3. Airport pickups

The driver waits in the arrivals hall of Skopje International Airport with a sign showing your name. We track your flight, so the pickup time follows the actual landing time. Waiting time after landing is included.

4. Address pickups

For hotel or address pickups the driver arrives at the booked time at the address given in the booking. Please be ready 5 minutes early; 15 minutes of waiting is included.

5. The ride

You are driven directly to the destination address with no shared passengers or unplanned stops. Luggage within the vehicle capacity shown at booking is included; child seats are provided when requested.

6. Payment

Unless paid online, the fixed price is paid to the driver at the end of the ride in cash (EUR or MKD) or by card. The price is the one confirmed in your booking e-mail, with no surcharges for tolls, parking, night or waiting.
